I am an expert patient with a strong interest in diabetes and technology. I am partially sighted and use various forms of technology to help manage my diabetes. I enjoy public speaking and have had the opportunity to educate healthcare professionals, as well as students in ophthalmology and diabetology, about the impact of diabetes and sight loss.

I have spoken at universities, including City and Oxford, as well as at Westminster about my experiences. I am particularly interested in helping companies make their products more accessible to individuals with sight loss.

I am passionate about advocating for those with Diabetes and Sight Loss, striving to ensure their needs are included in society. I also make an effort to give back, whether by sharing knowledge or helping others in practical ways, such as teaching Braille.
