Welcome to my new podcast, “A Diary To EM-Power“. This is the first of many episodes featuring amazing guests. In this episode, I will discuss my journey and the people who motivated me to where I am today.

In this first episode, I will introduce you to my fitness journey and how I fell in love with it. It all started with my passion for dance, leading me to gain strength and improve my fitness.

My goal is to ignite passion and enthusiasm for physical activity and empower people to exercise in a gym and in their daily lives. There is a negative perception surrounding gyms, which I aim to dispel so people can feel comfortable and confident in their skin while enjoying the benefits of exercise, indoors or outdoors.
