Clare Rockfit is becoming increasingly popular in Surrey and Hampshire as an alternative way to work out, with its heart-pumping, fist-bumping dance-based routines, according to Rockfit Founder and CEO Hannah Hawkey.
We spoke with Clare, one of the instructors for Rockfit Farnborough, about what she enjoys about teaching class.
Clare Rockfit loves teaching because it allows her to share exciting music, spend time with wonderful friends, and stay fit.
When speaking about these types of workout classes in the past, we often hear words like “good friends,” “like family,” and “a great way to meet new people.”
It has recently become the norm to engage in physical fitness activities with people who share similar goals and interests. The beauty of such an arrangement is that it creates a non-judgmental environment where individuals are not scrutinised based on their fitness level or personal identity.
